Where to Eat & Drink in Tequesta, FL
Tequesta is a small village in the northern part of Jupiter, Florida. It’s quiet, charming, and very walkable - one of the reasons I love living here. Despite its small size, Tequesta has more than a few great restaurants, from casual local staples to newer spots that have quickly become destinations from visitors and locals around the County. Here are a few of my go-to places:
Hogsnappers: A true local favorite with a huge menu and literally everything is consistently good. It’s one of those places where you really can’t go wrong ordering anything. Great for lunch or dinner, sitting at the bar, and they also have a solid happy hour.
Papi Chulo’s: A fun Mexican spot with daily happy hour specials and outdoor seating. It’s the perfect place to grab margaritas and tacos with friends day or night.
Blackbird: An Asian fusion restaurant that opened a few years ago and quickly became a local favorite. It’s great for dinner with a group, but I especially like going for happy hour at their upstairs outdoor bar.
Ara: One of the newer restaurants in Tequesta with excellent food, though it can be on the pricier side. I love to go there for cocktails or wine at the bar. They have a DJ on Friday nights and it becomes a fun scene.
EVO Italian: A Tequesta staple that locals love for Italian food. It’s cozy, consistently good, and perfect for a nice dinner date or meal with friends.
Gallery Grill: A longtime local spot that’s great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s casual and always a solid option.
Perk Coffee House: A cute little coffee shop for breakfast, coffee, or a quick bite. If you're staying nearby, it's an easy walk and a great way to start the day.
